Our Story
MEET THE CHEF
Our short story, starts on July 20, 2024, with La Veneta's opening. Nevertheless, I'll share the detailed version with you. A long time ago, a girl was born in Verona, Italy, and grew up in a family that centered around food. Sundays were spent helping my Nonna prepare dinner, especially the pasta. As I entered the teenage years, my passion for food and service only intensified. Throughout the past 24+ years, my professional and personal pursuits have been defined by a relentless passion for cuisine, fueled by travel and work experiences that have ultimately led me to Nashville. This is where I established my roots and started a family, been a wife and a mother is the thing that brings me the most pride.

Veneto & Cuisine
The history of Veneto’s cuisine has very ancient roots, the first traces date back many centuries ago, when the local populations escaped the raids of the tribes from Northern Europe and the East, abandoning the mainland to take refuge "on the water", on the numerous islands of the Lagoon.
